The second time going to this location and not happy with service. First time I went to get hair extensions and the young lady said she would call me when she spoke with her manager about products and prices. (Never received a call). This time I went for lash extension. Not satisfied with outcome. I have done my lashes for some years so I know the steps to getting them done. Towards the middle of our session, I can feel she was getting frustrated and started rushing through the placement. Once done I mentioed to her what I observed and she would give me reasons why. Will not be going to this location again.

I was a new client and Kristen worked with me to get more of my natural color back to keep it lower maintainence for this busy mama. I felt welcomed and it didn't take all day. I love my new style and color and look forward to going back in the future. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I called the Salon today last minute, no appointment & Kristen Whitfield answered the phone & she told me she was available right away. She greeted me with a Smile, took good care of me, most of all she was polite, kind, & I love my hair. She did exactly what I ask! I will be going back & now I have a Hair Stylist! Thank you, Kristen!

Haven't had my hair cut in about a year because I hadnt found anybody that I trusted enough. Maria did an awesome job giving me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be returning to her!!

My experience was excellent with the hairstylist and salon. I went in for color and hi-lights and while there mentioned that my hair has been "frizzy" and what could I do. Leah Purdee suggested a conditioning treatment that made a huge difference. My hair is now sleek and shiny. I was coming from out of town while my son took a test and she met me at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. I was very pleased with the service and extremely pleased with my color and conditioning treatment.

Nice salon. Stephanie is a great hairstylist.Does whatever style you want and suggests styles too.She is very friendly and nice.Great to talk too. From PA so glad we found a great stylist.

If you're not a local, do not waste your time in going to Ultimate Raaz. I've had my hair done here twice and each time I listened to my hair stylist talk about customers and even coworkers in the most awful manner. This place is FULL of drama. The second time I got my hair done, I wanted about 5 inches taken off my hair that was down to my lower back at the time. I ended up getting hair shorter than shoulder length because my stylist cut it too short in a pony tail. On top of that, she completely chopped my hair and tried to hide her mistake from me. I had to get it fixed by another salon because my engagement photos were 2 days later. As if this wasn't a good enough reason to not go here, my stylist texted me before one of my appointments and told me "something came up, is there any way I can move my appointment to a different day?" I declined and while I was at my appointment, she slipped up and said she wanted to go to the beach that day so apparently the beach is what "came up." Unbelievable.

Stephanie is great, she is easy to work with your schedule. She cuts my wife, mother-in-laws, my son, and me. Very clean and friendly service.
