We were in today to purchase a go kart for Christmas. When we walked in the door, there was a gentleman walking through who welcomed us and ended up helping us tremendously. Come to find out, he’s not even a sales guy, but he sold the deal and was so helpful and answered all our questions. Shout out to Jed for the great customer service!

5 star service! I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado from Austin at High-Thom Motors, upon meeting him he was very thorough about the truck, he wasn’t pushy by any means and answered every question we had. Not to mention he gave me a great deal on the pick up! A few weeks later I contacted Austin and let him know I was having some problems with what I thought to be the transmission, he gave me a time to drop it off he took the truck to a shop that repairs their warranty vehicles. We received the truck back shortly after with a completely rebuilt transmission as well as some upgrades, and the best part was I HAD TO PAY NOTHING OUT OF POCKET!!!!!!!! Austin and his team covered the whole bill that was nearly $4,000 dollars, the customer service is top notch!! I’d recommend anyone I know to give these guys a shot if you’re looking for a new pre-owned vehicle. Thank you High-Thom Motors, and a big thanks to Austin for taking care of me and my family!

Bought a vehicle from these guys in July 2024 it is now October 2024 and so far I’ve spent over 1,000 dollars in repairs. My control arm was bent at purchase of car and I was never made aware of. I informed the dealer before hand that the tires were having issues and he assured me they would be fixed. They were not fixed. The warranty they gave me was only for 24,000 miles and it doesn’t cover much of anything. I’m now finding out that it will cost me 1400 dollars to do all repairs needed for this vehicle and not to mention the 1000 I already put into it since July. I still owe 12,000 for the vehicle also. This is the absolute worst place to get a vehicle. They are all about a sale.

I just want to states that this is one of the best dealerships that I have been through. And I wouldn't even say that this is a dealership because they treat you more like your family. They have gone above and beyond to help me not only find the perfect car for my family and I but Austin Jim and the owner I'm sorry I don't know his name. Have gone above and beyond to help get my car fixed and make sure that my family and I were taken care of to still be able to get to and from work and not lose our jobs. I just have never met any company that would go that far and above and beyond to make sure that their people were taken care of. Because they don't treat us like we're customers they actually do treat us like we are family. And you don't find that very often anymore. So I want to say thank you to everyone at high-thom motors. For everything you do y'all are amazing!!!!!!

These guys are the absolute best. We drove an hour and a half to buy a side by side. Our trailer was to small they help us take some wood sides off, still didn't fit. So they let us leave our trailer and take theirs to be returned later. Good hometown service.

Fantastic service and parts department! Got into a pinch and needed a rear brake line and install done in 36 hours or less. KTM dealer didn’t have and couldn’t get in time. Called these folks and they jumped on it, found the needed parts and had me rolling the next day in time for my first Enduro. Great accessories and boot offering as well in their stocked showroom!
