I sold my 2022 widebody scat pack charger on 11-25-24 . My salesman was Jose Cruz . Talk about top notch , NO hassle experience. They gave me top dollar for my car and gave me a GREAT price for the 2020 gmc truck I purchased from them . The truck was at their Marion NC location but they transported to Charlotte no questions asked. I met Justin, the manager and the owner, I'm terrible with names so I apologize. But listen , the detail crew was phenomenal too !!! I picked the truck up on 11-26-24 and the lead detail man is so particular he saw a minor dent a a few small scratches that he took care of free of charge releasing the truck to me . Thank you to the entire team at HI Line Auto !!!

I purchased a Range Rover from Hi Line Autohaus and we had a great experience. They went above and beyond what I expected. They changed the brakes, changed the tires, removed door dings perfectly. Everything they said they would do they did and more. They even took care of some rim rash without me even asking. Our salesperson, Terry Belk, was great to work with including his manager Justin. I will definitely come back to Hi-Line for future car purchases, these guys are great. I purchased a Volvo s60 from them and the experience was one of the best I've had at a dealership.

I originally worked with a sales guy (Jesse) who showed me some cars and respected my thoughts about thinking about it before making a decision. I came back and when Jesse wasn't available, I worked with another sales guy (Rich). At no point did either of them fight over the sale, they worked together to give me a good experience.

I made the decision on the Volvo and the guys got me a fair deal for the car and my trade in, at no point did I feel pressured. Ken and Rob stayed late after 7:00PM to help me close the deal and I drove my car home happy. Hi-Line is one of the most flexible and honest dealerships I've seen. Not to mention my wife and three kids were able to hang out in the lobby while I test drove the car, they even had coloring books for the kids.
