This place is a rip off, we took a set of seals there for the bucket cylinders on a John Deere loader they matched them up we got them put them in and no problem the people who owned it decided to rebuild the other cylinder and went back to order those and were told it only had one cylinder for the bucket which was wrong it had two so and convinced them they were wrong and needed the seals for the boom which was not right. each time they had to pay before they would order, we got them and they were wrong and they wouldn't take them back so we had to eat them and told them to order the same set of seals we ordered the first time using the invoice from the first order, they got two numbers wrong on that order and when those came they were wrong and would not take those back either even though it was their fault we have all the invoices and the numbers did not match, finally almost $900.00 dollars later we got the right seals. we will never use this business again, we just found a new Hydraulic business in Springdale today and i called them and gave them the part numbers for the seal kit and this new place was $60.00 dollars cheaper for the same same seals and they were even the same brand.

I was told this is not an oil shop.... This is a Hydraulic shop, they don't deal with hydraulic oil. I paid $1094.00 to have my ram resealed. Received it back with no oil in the reservoir, which was the problem to begin with. So, After my conversation with mark and being led to believe I was ignorant as they come, I was told that the issues would be corrected. We picked up the truck to another $480.00 invoice, to drain the oil and place "$11 dollars a gallon" hydraulic oil. I came on two different referrals, and they assured me that this wasn't what they received. If you want the run around, have your time wasted, and of course dumping your pocket book, then I have the place for you...

These guys know what they're doing and stand behind their work! That's a rare combination. Fair prices and good work. We had some hydraulic rams rebuild on a small backhoe.
