Absolutely disappointed in the service from this place. Bought an item they said it would take 24 hours called after the 24 hour mark and got the run around and they canceled my order for me asking why it was taking so long. Will never recommend service to this place the people here are absolutely rude with little to no regard so if you wanna spend your money here be prepared not to see the item you purchased for a while. The guy by the name Jacob McGee who works there is absolutely rude also apparently it's appropriate for employees to cuss at customers. Absolutely terrible customer service

I work at a mechanic shop a few towns away; get sent here once or twice a month. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME ?
I took a walk around a little bit and what impressed me most was the organization of this place. Front office staff is quick & doesn't mind getting dirty for a few minutes to help load your stuff. Nothing but good things to say about these guys ?

I have used Highway auto for years now and I understand shipping delays happen. But this most recent axle order realy set my business and customer back big time. Highway initially estimated three day shipping and we are currently at eleven business days. Customer has had to rent a car for two weeks and i have had a bay tied up for two weeks. Worst part is that i was told the axle had arrived at highway auto in Brownwood,TX one and a half hours dive one way. I sent a parts runner with the core and when he arrived the axle was no where to be found. My parts runner drove back empty handed. Around four pm the same day I received a call and I was informed that the axle had been there the whole time. I will be sending my driver back for a total of six hours lost in drive time. I would like to see some updated procces and procedures put in place to hopefully help mitigate down time for current and future customers.

Waited on Transmission for 7 days. Picked it up and realized it is the wrong trans after I got back to my shop. Back to square 1. Customer not happy, since paid for up front.

This company has had my money tie up for weeks. website shows the motor I ordered shipped out. but for three day straight I would message saying .when is motor shipping all they keep doing is wanting my name address phone number. I send my info 3 day in a row still no motor shipped out asked for refund and still waiting. I wouldn't buy anything from this junk yard

I’ve done business with this company many times over the but will never use them again. They don’t check out the motors and parts they sell, causing the customer to have to pay double sometimes triple labor costs.
This is not the first time this has happened to me with this company but it will definitely be the last!

Took in a 2022 Nissan tail gate with a camera. Wanted to give me 25.00 ? said they don't deal in foreign stuff. There was foreign stuff sitting all over the place. The guy was mad at someone I guess. Really rude. I will never deal here again. What a rip.
