Fantastic service. Martin comes when he says he will, and always very pleasant and respectful. This service is second to none, and as stated, in the advertisement, there is no buying pressure at all, and Martin saved us a lot of money compared to the high-street. Lifetime service guarantee with the hearing aids, and a service that you will not get from the high-street, and all done in the comfort of our own home. My wife's hearing is extremely bad, and Martin showed us the hearing test result on his laptop, and he tailored the aids perfectly for my wife. Now she's hearing so well that she smiles a lot more (so pleased with that).

Saw Martin for the first time this morning for a blocked ear - he was SO unbelievably friendly and professional, he really put me at ease and explained to me everything he was doing.

He also unblocked my ear so quickly and gave me great advice on preventing future blockages. I can hear properly for the first time in weeks which feels brilliant - 10/10 recommend!! I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else now.

Martin was recommended to me with regards to ear wax removal. He responded quickly and came to see me with 48 hours. He was very professional, explaining what he would do and keeping me informed as he was carrying out the removal. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Been dealing with Martin since 2021, following an initial (home-based) hearing test and fitting for a hearing aid, and subsequent help with spares etc. He is professional, friendly and quick to respond, whether that be with advice or replacement bits and pieces. I had my hearing tested at a high street store recently and was told I need hearing aids. I was keen for a second opinion, and Martin came out to our home and tested me again - and the diagnosis was quite different. Martin was absolutely lovely - so informative and chatty and knowledgable and was able to dispel some of the things I had been lead to believe. He is independent so you can trust what he tells you - I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Great quality of service from Martin. Very quick response and got me booked in on the same day of enquiring about the service. Was very tidy and clean with his service of work. Also gave good information and knowledge of ear blockage issues etc, and how the treatment all works.
