First time user of RCR Hydraulics. I have used many services in the past. I have been in Maintenance for over 30 plus years. This guy keeps you in the loop through the rebuild process. He will give you an updated service log on what is wrong with your Pump or part with pictures. Then he will give you a detailed list of what he will do to fix your pump or motor with a very quick turn around time. Most of all he gives a warranty of his service.
Please give this guy a chance and he will win your business!!!

I can't say enough good things about Randy Ford and RCR Hydraulic Repair. I needed bearings replaced on a piece of machinery. I called Randy and explained my situation and he walked me through the process. He replaced the bearings and my machine is working perfectly. Great quality and even better customer service. Took my John Deere loader cylinders to Randy for a rebuild and my bucket leak down problem was solved!
Randy kept me informed on the progress of the rebuild and completed a quality job for a reasonable price with a short turnaround time.
Randy is a super polite person and takes the time to tell you exactly what is wrong with your hydraulics and tells you the price up front to repair.

About mid, 2023, I was referred to Randy from others in the hydraulic repair business. My 1943 US military crawler needed a pump repair and they referred me to Randy Ford in Dawsonville, Georgia. I found Randy to be very positive and eager to take on my 80-year-old project. Randy was on time in every way. He took high-quality before, during and after pictures. My cost was much lower than expected. The workmanship was second to none and got our World War II relic going again. I found Randy Ford to be a sincere, respectable and good person who makes his customers a priority. I highly recommend Randy Ford for repairs in the hydraulic business. Randy is a very polite and caring man. I needed the tilt cylinders repaired on the front loader of my John Deere Tractor. Randy ordered the parts overnight needed to make the repairs. When the parts came in he made time to rebuild the cylinders better than new. Since I live over an hour away from him he offered to meet me half way to help me. Randy goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers. Randy is very fair with his pricing, knowledgeable, and honest. Randy is an excellent example of true customer service.

While working on the Nutcracker for Atlanta Ballett, we had a hydraulic issue come up for the automated book that plays a big part of the show. We had a special piece of equipment for our commercial metal, the manufacturer couldn't supply us with a repair service. We found Randy and can't thank them enough for fixing it. Fair prices, excellent work. If you have a Acura Punch machine he's your guy.
