I have a damaged hydraulic cylinder that I had 4 other companies attempted to get it apart with no success. Unfortunately this company was unable to as well.

What sets them apart and leads me to the 5 star review was the customer service. These gentleman took my cylinder assuming they would be able to rebuild it on Christmas Eve at 7:30am and have it back to me by noon.

Once they realized they were not going to be able to open it after trying multiple tricks of the trade they took down measurements so I could try to find a used one on eBay in the meantime.

They also assured me they could make me an identical cylinder when they reopened on January 2nd.

This company went above and beyond to help me out on Christmas Eve and then didn’t charge me a single dime for the time their various employees spent working on it.

Rich and the team at Richmond Hydraulics are fantastic! I was in the Fort Pierce area from out of town, and they were able to help me with the hydraulic fittings I needed, and helped me with a couple other favors as well. Can't thank them enough! Honest and kind.

Had a hydraulic line on a Skid steer burst. Took the line off and brought it to Richmond and I was in and out in 5 mins with a new hose. Prices are good. Ill definitely be using them again.

We own a Tiffin motorhome that had a broken driver's side slide cylinder at the block. Richmond was contacted by our hydraulic service company Pirtek. The skilled hands of Richmond Hydraulics were able to rebuild the aluminum block. Excellent service from Richmond in getting us back on the road.

Recently had them rebuild an a 15 year old RV stabilizer jack for a Class A motorhome.

They cylinder was welded together and not meant to be rebuilt (easily). They told me they would be cutting it apart and welding it back together. Looking at their shop I could tell they had plenty of capability to handle my job.

Took almost 2 weeks but they did tell me they were very busy and I wasn’t in a rush.

The rebuild seems to have been a success and I saved a considerable amount by not buying a new one.

Very nice people to work with, I’d highly recommend them.
