I recently visited Hi Tide dispensary in Ocean City, MD, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispensary. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, clean, and professional. The staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease, but Sierra stood out in particular for her outstanding service.

Sierra was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She asked thoughtful questions to better understand my needs and preferences, and her recommendations were spot-on. Whether it was answering questions about specific products, explaining the effects of different strains, or helping me choose between options, she went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my selections.

What impressed me most was Sierra’s professionalism and attention to detail. She was patient, never rushed me, and genuinely cared about providing the best possible experience. Her passion for her work was evident, and it’s clear she knows her stuff.

The product selection at Hi Tide was impressive, with a variety of high-quality options to choose from. The prices were fair, and the layout made it easy to browse and explore. I appreciated the clear labeling and the staff’s willingness to offer advice without being pushy.

Overall, Hi Tide is a top-notch dispensary, and Sierra’s exceptional service truly elevated my visit. If you’re in Ocean City and looking for a dispensary, this is the place to go. Ask for Sierra—you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Everyone here is always very friendly and super welcoming! Ryan on the sales floor is always so helpful and knowledgeable. And Najee at the front door, a gem! Friendly and engaging. The staff just overall makes you feel very comfortable in what can be an overwhelming shopping experience. They have so many options, which is awesome. So it’s refreshing to have some friendly guidance.

I genuinely do not have a good experience anytime I come here, and I honestly do not go to Hi Tide often. I usually go to Positive Energy, but sometimes they do not have what I’m looking. Why are there multiple employees standing around doing nothing, and patrons are not being helped? Seems to me the owner could have half the staff if their employees were actually efficient at their jobs, and save money on payroll. I waited 5 minutes just to get checked in while 4 other employees stood around doing nothing. Mind you there were 5 other patrons in the dispensary, they were not busy at all. I had already received an email saying my order was ready for pick up, so I should’ve been in and out in 5 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for an employee to walk to the back and grab my order. Here’s the best part, as I’m finally being checked out, the 2 employees at the counter are openly saying bad things about the product I was purchasing as if I’m not standing right there and can hear everything they’re saying. All in all, I think that this operation could be run much more efficiently, and maybe rethinking some of your current staff would help. Positive Energy is run much more efficiently and their staff is wonderful. Take a page out of their play book, and do better, please.

I feel like the experience could be expedited by a kiosk system. It very awkward standing around the large table in the middle of the room. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, but I know what I want when I go in and just want to get in and out. Also, I'm going to assume that there are things going on behind the scenes that we don't know about but sometimes, I wonder what part of process, after the transaction is completed, that delays the bud tenders from immediately coming out and getting another customer. As previously mentioned, the staff is always very friendly and polite but I feel like this could just go a little faster.

Great experience! We went on 8/4/24 & Karina provided great Customer Service, it was great to hear her experience in the industry (as someone who works in a Medical Dispensary in PA)! We came a little before they opened about 25 people ahead of us, thought it would take awhile, but service was quick & efficient. We were in & out in 25 mins! We'll def be back in Sept! Friendly staff & knowledgeable!

Last time I stopped in Mr Mike in the front with the merchandise was not in and what a shame. I met him today and he was so friendly, helpful and pleasant. Please be sure to show him some love when you stop in.

Everyone is super friendly honestly but Mr Mike is unforgettable and a true asset his energy and vibe will always make me choose Hi Tide when I'm in OCMD

THE Encore CARAMELS are so Good. What a very cool dispensary. Wait time wasn't bad considering I was 10th in line. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend stopping by. They have sodas, candies, you name it. Even stuff for your pets ? even got new dispensary shwag and an OCMD Souvenir in ONE
