Great Customer Service at High Street Dispensary! Walking in very welcoming! Picked up pre order with Brie who was very engaging and friendly. Had an issue with order and pricing and Brie took initiative to request manager. Jeremy listened and researched the issue. He was professional, understanding. He rectified the issue with a fair and satisfactory solution. Grear products from all different companies available. Diamond Dust and Animal Face.

I think they did an amazing job remodeling the space they moved into! I love how some strains are laid out for people to see and smell. They have more tablets for people to search and place orders on than any other dispensary I’ve been too. Conveniently, a short little walk from my house. Also, opening day was very nice, my mother even came to explore as she is new to all this. I am newish to all of this so still discovering my niche. Thank you so much for implementing a rewards system, it’s definitely something everyone loves! The only thing that kind of bothers me is being a little bombarded by people. I feel as if you tell the people in the vestibule that you are picking up an online order the people on the floor inside should be notified somehow. That way once I step inside, the 3-4 people aren’t asking me if I need help each time. I do have to say everyone is very sweet and kind! I would recommend anyone to go check out, even newcomers!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products sold here. The store is super clean and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to sign up for the rewards so you can save money on future purchases. They also have deals that change weekly on many different products they offer. This is my go to for dry flower and pre rolled cones.

Had a great first experience here until I got home and realized my cartridge does not fit in the Timeless battery/case combo I purchased. I called before placing my order and specifically asked a gentleman if other cartridges fit this case or if it absolutely had to be Timeless brand. He said other cartridges fit fine. Now I have a case I can't close. Besides the misinformation, it was a good first experience. The lady at the drive thru window was very friendly and informative. If you purchase the timeless battery/case combo make sure your cartridge has a flat top mouthpiece!
