I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from this dealership and less than two weeks, I encountered major problems with my vehicle and had it inspected. They found: bad right rear wheel bearing, a heavily seeping oil pan gasket, a bad speed time belt, poor alignment, and barely serviceable brake pads.

I called because some of these issues fell under their defined 30 day warranty they claim to provide, only to be told by Ron that the warranty will not cover these malfunctions because they are not “serious enough”. I am a disabled veteran and have been struggling with transportation issues for years, and now I’m dealing with a money pit I’m now stuck with.

Avoid these predatory people like the plague, they WILL sell you junk. They won’t offer you the extended warranty either, not a peep from their salesperson during the process once.

Awesome customer service and support. Things went so well on the purchase that we ended up buying two cars instead of one! My power steering pump went up in 2 months of having the car and they accused me of doing something to cause it. My name was suppose to be on the title of the car and it was never put on, just under my sons name. Never offered me an extended warranty. The office manager was not friendly when we called with questions or concerns. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and will never work recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2018 Volkswagon Tiguan at HI Lo in Cockeysville. The experience and the staff was great but the car itself was not. I had the car for 21/2 weeks. I had to put oil in the car once a week and on the third Sunday having the car the epc light came on and the car wouldn't go more than 20 miles per hour. When I called to tell them what was going on with the car they started to duck my calls. I had to call the Fredrick location and have them call Cockeysville in order for Cockeysville to call me back. After finally getting to talk to someone, they told me to bring in the car so they can have it looked at. I dropped off the car and received a call telling me that the warranty wouldn't be honored for the repair because it was a big job. They said they would get me into another car but have failed to do so.
