I would like to thank mike and crew for getting the correct spring bushings for my 1994 f150 that ended up being a struggle to find. Everywhere we looked they were calling for the incorrect part number. But between a friend of mine and those guys, we ended up finding the correct spring bushings for my truck.

Not surprised when I scrolled through the comments and saw someone else mention how unbelievably unhelpful and rude their employees were. They helped me and my coworker get the parts we needed but when we got back we realized he had the guys cut the u-bolts 2" short and then when I called he blamed us and said "we helped him measure the old ones", which we did and we measured them 2" longer than what we got. Even repeated the measurement 3 times to him. Their ability to come up with what we needed was good but my experience with their customer service was far less than what I would call sub par.

Was referred here by my normal mechanic for several thousand dollars worth of suspension work. But Pat was so comically rude and grumpy on the phone that I eventually gave up and took my money to one of the many other places in town that do the same work without the drama.

Pat is incredible just told him the type of suspension I had and he knew the correct u bolts they even pressed out my old ones that were stuck in the suspension the shop is always busy because they do quality work but they did it fast and at a reasonable price I would definitely recommend Midwest
