My husband and I reached out to Bob about a property whose owner happened to be a friend of ours. Rather than doing a private deal, we approached it very transparently to work with him. When we asked for a showing, Bob lied to us over text and phone calls saying he would arrange it with us, then never following up. We also were made aware that he was not being truthful with the Seller, our dear friend and elderly neighbor. When he blocked our numbers and refused to accept an offer we gave up. One day later we received a text from our neighbor confiding in us that the buyer ended up being a company whom he had fixed the deal with and sold below market value so they could do a quick flip for a large profit ($550,000k sell in Lohi, Market would have been at least $700’+). In addition on one of my phone calls with Bob, he was unbelievable rude and condescending towards me. I felt like that he could tell I was a younger female. He spoke down to me, cut me off mid-sentence, threatened me, told me I didn’t know what I was doing, etc. I had a bad feeling about him from the start and he confirmed the suspicions with his untruthful, unethical discrimination against us as prospective buyers because he fixed the sale. This may sound like a would-be buyer who is just upset about loosing out in a hot market. Hear me on this, we own two properties: one residential and one commercial. This isn’t our first rodeo and we are also not professional investors. We are simply upset because our elderly, female neighbor was conned out of a fair market value on her lifetime home two weeks after becoming widowed. Bob is unethical and dishonest.

Bob Bell is the best of the best! We have worked with him several times and referred him to many of our closest friends. He is relaxed, confident and completely immersed in the Denver market. Bob is the best. I can't recommend his services enough. He is professional, friendly, and knows his way around Denver real estate better than anyone. He is honest and open, and has a level of integrity that is hard to find anywhere. Bob helped me put together an offer that, even though it wasn't the highest, still got me the house I wanted. Bob does incredible work, and I doubt you will be able to find a better realtor. If you are buying or selling a house, Bob is your guy.

Bob is absolutely the best realtor to work with. This was my first home and Bob made everything an absolute breeze. Bob really knows the market well I we found an amazing home for well under what the house is actually worth. I would recommend Bob to anyone and I have friends that are in the process of using him that are having a similar experience to me. Couldn't have been a better experience and we love our new house! Thanks to Bob we really nailed it! Very honest guy who will tell you upfront what he thinks of the house you are looking at!

We won't be able to say enough as to how happy we were in working with Bob Bell at Mile Hi Property. From our first meeting with him all the way through to closing, we appreciated his wealth of knowledge. This was our first house purchase and he made sure to go through everything so we had a clear understanding of the process. He was always available for questions and never made us feel like we were asking dumb or too many questions. As he is a Colorado native, he is extremely familiar with the area and provided clear insight as to the value of a house. With his experience, I was comfortable knowing that I wouldn't be overpaying for a house to the best of his knowledge/experience. We appreciated his input as we looked at various houses, as he was able to point out things to be aware of and things that we didn't catch due to our inexperience and lack of knowledge. It can be an overwhelming experience looking at various houses and especially with the market moving as fast as it does here in CO, and we was put at ease knowing we had Bob as a resource.

We would highly recommend Bob and would use him again.
