This place was close to my location when I wanted to try my first hangover cure iv. Don’t go here. Save your time, pay an extra $10 and go to probably any other iv place. The office was dirty and smelled badly, the employees were inattentive and informed me that the can’t take credit cards and directed me to get money out of an atm down the street. I actually went and took out cash and returned. I felt uneasy because of how dirty and smelly it was. There was nothing that felt comforting or right in any way. I left to another business which met and actually exceeded my expectations with their cleanliness (this IS a medical procedure) and their service. Worth every penny to drive away from this place.

I went in about 5 weeks ago or so and got a great result from the anti inflammation cocktail I went with. I was in a lot of pain and felt better so I overlooked the dying plants and the overflowing trash and freezing cold room at the last visit. Today I called to schedule another IV. When I first called I got an auto reply from a cell service rather than a professional voicemail. This seems not right but I called back anyways wanting the relief I received several weeks ago. So i made an appointment for later this morning. Upon my arrival I am blocked by heavy construction so even from the other side it was blocked off. So I call and ask if they were aware that there was zero access to their parking lot. She giggled and said, yes....you have to park at Wal-Mart. You couldn't mention that? Really? I was just on the phone with You!!!! So I pull all the way back around, park at Wal-Mart and walk over. There I began to fill out paper work as the staff began to introduce a new doc to their process. He expressed doing a couple of IVs in school and then proceeds to actually look at me and ask me if I'm sure I want him to do it? I reply, " well if you are not sure than I am certainly not. " That's when the nurse walks in to inform me that their credit card machine is down and that I will need to get this,; go get cash for the service. So I head to Wal-Mart's atm. Needless to say on the way I begin to contemplate all of the unprofessional vibe and began to Google for another IV provider. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment for the same IV same price yet WAY more professional in their delivery. So I went and got my sweater and walked out of Mile High IV. I couldn't even walk across the street to my car without getting tar all over my shoes and new slacks. Yuck!!! I will never go back to this shady place.
