What can I say? I am so thankful for this place! We were in town for just a few days on a family trip. Our brakes were having problems and needed attention right away. I called a lot of other places and the best they could do was "maybe in a week or two . . ." Well, I had only a few days and we would be heading home. No one would bother to try and help. Then I came across this place and right away they were able to provide assistance.

They determined that our rear brakes were shot and needed immediate replacement. We had only the one vehicle. I dropped it off there and Kim offered to give me a ride back to the place we were staying What a blessing!

I highly recommend this place and their work! They helped keep us safe on the surrounding mountain roads. Surely a Godsend!

After first night of trip our SUV completely blew up on us. Tow company was great (Petes) and High Country was able to get is in sake day AND figure out the issue and get the car available to us by the next day. Our trip would have been ruined otherwise. Thank you for everything!

Spectacular Service! I was on vacation in Grand Lake when my car made some new sounds. Given the mountain terrain, I did not want a braking issue, so I called them up. They were able to squeeze me in on Tuesday to diagnose the issue. They brought me into the garage and showed me the problem and talked about how we could keep the car safe while we waited for the part to arrive. They opened space for me on Thursday morning to take care of the work because they wanted to beat my departure date by a few days in case there were any issues.

There were none. The car was fixed promptly, they offered excellent service, and the repair bill was in line with my local service professionals.

They took an anxious situation and put me at complete ease. Thank you for all your help. We are home safe and sound thanks to you!

My Prius heat shields was loose after I hit some broken tire pieces on the highway. It made this terrible noise. Being out on vacation a thousand miles away from home it’s hard to find a repair shop to fix it without reservation. After several failed attempts I stopped by High Country Motors and they agreed to take a look and fixed it in 15 minutes. The charge was very reasonable too! THANKS!!!

Was traveling from out of town and our vehicle had a major fuel line failure. Worked with Kim to communicate my travel schedule and the delivery of the vehicle. She and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. Within hours of receiving the vehicle, they were able to diagnose the issue.

They took me in for an oil change last minute. Very nice people. We were on a 3 week road trip and already drove 3200 miles after 2 weeks and needed one to get through our last week in the Rockies. I highly recommend.

After calling several places in Granby and being told no help would be available today to repair a flat tire, we happened upon High Country Motors. Not only did Dirk at High Country say he could fix our tire when we asked him, he and Corey did it in record time. Wow, to be offered such courteous and helpful responses after so many “No, not today” answers REALLY made our day!!! Thank you High Country Motors!

Awful experience with this shop. Have had two occurrences where shop negligence has caused additional damage to the vehicle. These were simple jobs...oil, tire changes etc. Shop has refused to stand behind their work. Both the dealer and another local shop confirmed damage was done via negligence by this shop. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
