Would give less that one star if possible. Using them has been nothing but a nightmare. After stating we would be switching agencies we were informed we had a little over a week before having to renew. We informed them that we would be in contact once we found a new agency and not to renew our contract. A few days later our policy was renewed anyway without our approval.

At some point an endorsement was also added without our consent or approval, to our policy that reduces the coverage for our roof from wind and hail. Which at the time we had been talking to them about knowing that we would need a new roof in the next year or so and that we would be having an inspection done. So there is zero reasons I would agree to something that reduces our coverage of said roof. That would be extremely illogical.

Emails and communications were often ignored entirely, It was and is rare that we even get a response and it has been this way since the beginning of working with them. Stay far away from this agency.
