Hey, so I went to Hi Five Auto Care for the first time unfortunately negative, and wow, were they rude! They totally didn't care about me as a customer and didn't know how to handle things. I just wanted them to diagnosie engine light, and the guy told me to leave the car and come back tomorrow because he was too busy. I told him it would only take five minutes with a scanner, and I could come back later if I knew what was wrong, but he basically said, "If I've got five minutes, why don't I go to the bathroom?" Seriously, don't go there; I know other mechanics who are way more honest and treat you and your car with respect.

Excellent shop. They took care of my mom's car right away. They were able to diagnose the problem, and repair it right the first time, not the type of place that does trial and error until they track down the problem.

THE BEST AUTO MECHANIC SHOP EVER. I discovered Hi Five many years ago when I stopped in on for an oil change on a whim. It was the FIRST time EVER that at the end of my oil change I was NOT approached by the mechanic to explain to me about air filters and other add ons. That sealed it for me. I have used Hi Five ever since for all numbers of services and have recommended them to everyone. They have never jerked me nor my friends/family around. They're honest, work quickly, the pricing is so reasonable, they communicate well, and they only address the necessary issues. I have even brought them parts I bought online and asked them to use that part during service. Some of the times, they are able to differently diagnose the problem, properly fix it for cheaper than I planned, and gave me the opportunity to return my unneeded parts.

Word of advice: just be humble, friendly, give them your trust, and they will take THE BEST care of you and your car.

Owner Ahmed is good people, even though I’ve had a few irritating experiences with him in the past. He’s spoken to me as if I’m a clueless person. Took my car for them to fix, had to bring it back due to an excessive noise. He act as if he didn’t know what was going on(the noise was LOUD). It’s a hit or miss with them.

They tell you the truth about what is wrong with your car and don't overcharge you for fixing it.

I find it quite refreshing in this day and age to find mechanics who actually fix your car the first time.

Anytime I have an issue, I take my car there first and have recommended them several times.

Please beware, this garage is all theft and fraud...the price keeps changing from $300 to $400 to $700 to $1000. When I refused to fix it because the price exceeded my budget, he returned the car like this, missing parts, and oil was leaking from it without saying anything... And when I called him, he told me because you didn't pay for the check...

من فضلكم احذرو هدا الكراج كلو سرقة و نصب... فضل يبدل التمن من 300$ ل 400$ ل 700$ ل 1000$. لما رفضت اصلحها لأن التمن يتجاوز ميزانيتي رجع السيارة هكدا ناقصها بارتس و الزيت بيتسرب منها بدون ما يقول شي... و لما كلمتو قال لي لأن ما دفعتو تمن الكشف...
