I've had SEVERAL incidents with this dry cleaner. They've often not cleaned items properly, or ruined items and take no accountability when things are pointed out. They have zero customer service. Among the issues I've had, they ruined a red pair of pants "cleaning it" and faded them to pink, and today they told me that a zipper they replaced was because of the fabric. When I asked for my dress back they refused; when I asked them to take the zipper out and give me my dress back, they refused; when I asked to speak to the owner, they refused. I ended up having to pay them $25 for a zipper that is crooked and catches, which was the reason I had the original zipper replaced in the first place. Don't waste your money here unless you don't like your clothes or want to be yelled at.

I wish I had read these reviews before I took my daughter's simple wedding dress to them. I live in the area and normally take my cleaning there, but will no longer. Even though I thought the price was high, I agreed to it. I won't go into all the issues when I went to pick it up, but they resulted in a total of 5 trips as they held the dress hostage. They are very unethical people, and should not be in business.

Wish I could select no Stars... I have been using Hi-Hat for over two years now, and just encountered my first problem; which they are not taking responsibility for since the item is a "Luxury" item. I brought my designer T-Shirt in for cleaning of a stain, which they tried to remove using chemicals, and died part of the shirt completely ruining the shirt; and still not able to remove the stain... they are not taking responsibility after the owner said I am one of the best customers spending over 3,000$ in the past two years on dry cleaning at Hi-Hat. I have confirmed that this was an issue with how they laundered the shirt. Shame on them for loosing a customer!

My husband’s jeans were starting to wear on the knee so I took them in for a patch to be on the inside. When I picked them up, you couldn’t even tell the area had been patched, let alone there was wear on the knee! Excellent patching work. We also take our dry cleaning here and have never had an issue.

This place ruined my black dress’ leather sleeve and took no responsibility by pretending nothing they did. They put the dress in the plastic cover and of course I did not notice it until days later. When I tried to talk to the owner, always “he was out of town” or they did not understand my question. Very frustrating experience.
