I dropped off a suit Monday morning. When I returned too pick up my suit Wednesday. While in the store I noticed a burn on my pants. I asked too speak with the manager. Was told he was not in. I left the pants returning several times too speak with manager. The manager never reached out too me. Employee informed me that manager said they were already burned. Which in fact they were not. I have been a customer here for years. New management of this place I horrible and very I considerate.

By far the worst dry cleaners ever. They ruined my military uniform top, by sowing the rank in the wrong place. If I could have given them a half star I would have. They also ruined my wedding jacket and the owner avoided me like the plague when I requested my money back. He didn't respond to calls, was always gone when I came by. I eventually took my jacket back and have never been back. Save your money and go to a better cleaners.

I've used this place for years in spite of mixed results; however, the downward trajectory has both prompted me to write a review and never return. My laundered clothes came back with the smell of sour, dirty water. It was so bad that I had to leave work. My dry-cleaned suits were over heated resulting in crinkling of the jackets. My dress-shirts clearly were pressed too fast as they still had stains and wrinkles on them. Ended up having to toss the smelly pants and take the rest of the clothes elsewhere. If you love your clothes, run....do not walk..away from the place. Your clothes will thank you.

Been coming here for years but something has gone terribly wrong recently. I dropped off some custom suits and shirts recently and was horrified when I got back to find new stains on the suit & vest, and one of the shirts had turned pink!!

They offered me a $30 credit and I accepted but when I returned to claim my credits - - they said I already used it. Not to mention my entire history coming here had been erased! This was the worst experience I’ve ever with any store, dry cleaning or otherwise!!

I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy and I would suggest you find a better option also.

I was disappointed because my items were all white, 3 dresses, 1 linen pants. The pants hand ink stains all over, one of the dresses have spots on it and one dress look as though it was never clean just press plus it look more beige then white. The dress I wore to church had to be pressed. At first taken my clothes the cleaner was great, they need better management or close the location. Very Disappointed!

Stop and listen: do not absolutely use this company to clean your clothes. They are the absolute worst. They lost my wife’s dress. I believe the employees are wearing her dresses. Stop do not use this company! The owner still have not found my wife’s two dresses. After 70 days he said he is still looking. Please, please don’t use this company. They have poor service. I have alerted my neighbors, family, Facebook friends and church members.STAY AWAY!

I wish there was an option to give no ⭐️‘S. My husband wrote a review and the response from the owner was that he wasn’t aware of any issues. Sir, do you want me to post the photos of your communication with my husband and myself. Look man, I either want my dresses or you will need to compensate me for loosing them.

I am going to post my experience frequently, until you, the owner provide a resolution. This cleaner’s lost 2 Ralph Lauren dresses and doesn't even have the decency to acknowledge or resolve the issue. The last text message I received from the owner, inquired about the cost and I guess the owner felt the amount was too much. Shame on you. I will not allow you to ignore my issue. I will never ever ever use this cleaners again.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE. I would give a half star rating but it's not available. I take 6 name Brand dresses to clean and only received 4 dresses on the pickup date. The cleaners ticket has 6 dresses. However 2 of my Ralph Lauren
dresses was missing/stolen. The business owner disregarded my complaint and said the the ticket was wrong and only 4 dresses was given for cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS.
