A-1 Hydraulics (with AAA Hose and Pier Pressure Products) has relocated their parts and service operations to the west side of the building. Drive around back for all of your mobile and industrial fluid power needs. Custom built Air Conditioning hoses are made to order at the 3rd Bay.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my 15yrs of being a business owner. I came in to have 2 AC hoses made for a customer's ls swapped truck I had the original hoses all they had to do was crimp a #10 fitting on one hose and crimp 4ft of 1/2" hose with a #8 fitting on the other hose to attach to the LS AC compressor. But the person helping me threw a fit like a child and walked back inside saying it was too hot outside for me to explain to him what I needed although I had been waiting there in the heat for 3 hrs prior for him to arrive from "lunch". When I follow him back inside he says there is 3 other hoses in front of me and he wouldn't be able to get to it this week anyway.

I took a simple power steering hose in to have a new one built. Two weeks past with no work being done so I picked up my old hose and went somewhere else. These folks seemed nice and knowledgeable but did not produce the results I needed. My recommendation is find a better supplier.

This place has horrible customer service. I dropped a hydraulic part so they can look at it and see if it's possible to fix. After one week of not hearing back from anyone I contacted them, the front desk lady told that the owner will return my call. Again no calls for few days. I had to reach out a couple of times before I got hold of the owner who immediately started telling about how hard it would be to track the origin of the part and how they might not be able to fix it... I asked him to just take a look and at least try otherwise I would be happy to pick it up. after an other week and no call back I went there and got my part back. the funny thing is I was given the part with no explanation or even sorry we couldn't help you. they just handed me the piece while on the phone and watch me walk out like my business did not matter!
