I made a call on the phone about buying tires for a unit I was going to buy. They said come in and I’ll show you the tires. I came right over and was shown the tires. The price was a bit pricey and I asked what his prices are for the similar unit I was going to buy. I was shown units in the price range and one was standing out to me. It was a low hour trade-in that was not yet fully serviced. The owner gave me a price I could not turn down and he even included a full service and delivery within 48 hours. They brought it to my warehouse and gave us a tutorial of the units features. I could not be more satisfied with my new forklift and my new relationship with A-Best Forklift. I am a real buyer who was not asked to write this honest take.

Fantastic customer service and very fair. We are here from out of town and had a machine go down. We took the cylinder to David and his staff got right to work ordering parts and getting our machine back up and running! Highly Recommended!
