The worst customer service you could possibly ask for!
Inconsistent communication and a wash down consist of SAND not water!
However I will say that there was one person, Hunter that was very attentive and customer friendly!
And I have to give a HUGE shout out to The Big Cath! The restaurant is a 10 with great food and service!
Maybe the guys at the high and dry could learn some customer service skills from them!

Good place to bring your boat if you don't care about it, they skip washing out the engine and rinsing boat or seen it numerous times I would always pull the flush port off my engine and straight salt water coming out of it, most boats here even new ones have rust marks from the lack of rinsing

Great place to store a boat but we also appreciate being treated like family here. Dock hands Mike, Fred, Yannick, and supervisor Aaron are all very helpful and friendly. They take care of our boat like it’s theirs. Also the managers of the place are great to deal with Brian and Shawn. Highly recommend this place. Plus they have a pool and monthly social events for marina members.

I have kept my sailboat in the marina wet slips for almost all of 17 years. Today, management is better than ever. Lots of maintenance going on and the facilities are always working and clean. With a strong seawall and floating docks I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in a storm.
