I purchased the suit from Regent Street boutique last week, which required alteration. Went to pick up on Tuesday, your shop made a mistake and need to redo the alterations on the sleeves.

Told by your staff you will call me to let me know when it will be ready and then will mail it to me.

Haven’t been contacted until now, cannot reach the store by phone neither, no one picked up. Truly a disappointing experience.

Need to know ASAP when the suit will be ready and mailed it to me.

I left a negative review earlier about my experience at this store and the error the store made in tailoring my jacket. After talking to the store manager, he took care of the issue and arranged a pick up my suite from Canada to ship it back to London. I am waiting for my money get refunded.

Had a great experience particularly at this store, my suit needed alterations, they were made on point and overall service was great, besides other Boggi stores . My alterations were mande even before time I needed it. Good luck in your NY opening!

Brought a suite for a wedding including a shirt all needed to be tailored.
Measurements were taken and pins used went to collect said items suite felt right, the shirt sleeve had to be shortened but they had cut to short, 3 assistants tried to make it longer by pulling them agreed some how to make it longer by tailoring again, and they would post it to me. The shirt arrived the on Friday but the sleeves had been shortened again !!! So all the way back only to watch assistance say that it was a tailoring issue (again the magical tapes came out to measure a shirt with 10” sleeves and they had to check with tailoring company ( not interested) I took the suit into a local tailor and he had said the trousers had literally been cut at the leg and hemmed, but the legs had no fitting from the hem to the waist poor!! So he is doing it for me at my expense, I asked for a refund and apparently they can’t do that in store as it has to go through via Italy. So you have to get an IBAn number off of you statement so they can refund in the next few days? Strange that all major stores can effect a refund via the credit card info that the my hold. So no real apologies or even can we cover you travel cost. This company came recommended by an Italian friend in the US whom I work with, I have told him of my experience and he was embarrassed. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend to anyone purchasing a suit or shirt that need to be tailored…

Boggi Cardholder stitching fell apart after a few months use for my black cardholder. I threw it away. Luckily, I had also bought an additional Boggi cardholder at the same time in the colour of yellow. Much to my dismay after only 9 months of use it looks old and the stains are unremovable. In this sense have gone through two Boggi cardholders in the space of two years!

Silver cufflinks fell apart with less than 5 uses. Not wearable. Poor quality workmanship. If you’re looking to buy for quality and longevity consider an alternative provider.

“Made in Italy” - doubtful.. ‘Made in China’ though.. if you were, much more resonant. Having contacted customer service the boggie team have stated with the item being out of the purchasing period they are not able to resolve any stature of any refund, albeit in part or exchange. Boggi Customer Service is for themselves and not the Customer so they should probably rename their support team to that extent (Boggi Service) after the fact. In this sense Boggi have lost a customer for life. If the workmanship and service resonates to this level for the affected sole items I had encountered, I wish to not purchase any further Boggi merch again due to the inherent poor service received; hand in hand with the level of product quality. Save yourself money and stay away.

The quality of the products is brilliant and Martina is a superstar who provides rockstar service. Unfortunately I was trying to apply a birthday discount to a payment and it took so long I had to rush off to an appointment without buying the extra item I wanted and without the birthday discount I was entitled to. The fact that you can't call the Regent's Street Store to get updates on orders is also frustrating. If they fix these minor snags it's 5 stars all day long!

8-10 years ago Boggi used to be outstanding value for money. Nowadays their MO is to pose as something fancier than they are while quality has gone down a cliff and prices have skyrocketed. I’ve worn this jacket 4-5 times and the lining is literally disintegrating. Not what you expect for £500
