The steak was a bit disappointing. Some parts tasted well, some parts were not enjoyable. The tartar and the pizza were the stars of the show, and I would definitely recommend it. The service was good and they were nice enough to give our friend a birthday candle. Would return.

Had the squash risotto which was delicious, alongside the beetroot salad. Others had gumbo and halibut. I also had the Daisy Gatsby cocktail which was wonderful. We had the banana foster for dinner with tea which was dreamy. Would love to come back during the day to better enjoy the venue which was a bit dark at 7:15 on a Saturday night. We were upstairs as well, and I think down stairs is a bit nicer.

Great service, great food & atmosphere. Had British & Irish Oysters, Lobster roll, tuna starter dish -which were great. Steak main was good too l. Discovered live jazz upstairs which was cosy and very cool. Team were great and they really looked after us. Can’t fault it & strongly recommend it.

As a michelin level restaurant, I would expect much higher uality. Probably because of that, we didnt find the food super impressive.

We ordered the fork set menu, so the choices were limited. There could be other better choices but we didnt go for those. The ones we did honestly were so-so, the friend oyster and the lemon sorbet dessert in particular. The mains is great!

One of my fav places in London - stunning stylish design, amazing dishes - the whole lobster is to die for, and great service. Thursdays top floor has some amazing dj musical vibes going on with a nice crowd.

Louie’s is a lovely restaurant that is smack dab in the middle of theatre town. They make the best Old Fashion cocktail (£17). Lots of tasty drinks on the menu.
We had the lobster po boy (marred only slightly with shell in the meat), the crab cake and some frites (which were forgotten by the wait staff but hurriedly brought when reminded) which were delicious. Perhaps the best thing was the cherry pavlova. Outstanding. Can have this alone next time.

Food was on a good level. Service was friendly, a little bit chaotic, sometimes slow (main is on the table and you wait 15min for a glass of champagne). Ambiente is ok, could be more cosy, romantic, less minimalistic.
