Came back after seven years to upgrade my system. Paul could not have been more helpful and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I ended up with exactly what I wanted "and" needed which simply would not have happened without being able to visit the shop and discuss in person. Such a great retail experience which is rare now. Super happy that i decided to pop in one day and organise a demo with the speakers and amp i already had in mind and was about to buy. A Super helpful and knowledgable guy Louis set up a demo for me and i was impressed but thought it might be lacking somewhere, Louis agreed and instantly suggested he could quickly set up a comparison amp but with the same speakers the improvement was amazing which made me instantly smile. Im confident having made the order and looking forward to setting it up. No sales pressure at this store, they want you to get what you want and what you will be happy with. For audio visual there is no better way than to have a demo in the store from this helpful team. I was going to order online based on online reviews and you tube reviews. I would have been dissatisfied had i not gone in to the store. Will recommend sevenoaks chelsea to any friends who might be considering a kick a** system.

I called the shop and spoke to Paul about moving on from my previous stereo. after a lot of patience on his part and a lot of discussion, i chose a combination of B&W speakers and Naim kit. I ordered this and all turned up on time. However there was a problem with the Naim streamer and after lots of whatsapp videos and help, it was determined it needed replacing. this was all replaced and dealt with super efficiently.

All the way through Paul was super patient, super helpful and gave good advice, in a couple of instances stopping me spend money he did not feel i needed to spend. He also helped me when i managed to get two cables the wrong way round stopping the equipment from working properly, advising again via whatsapp video call.

I bought a set of Naim Nova and B&W 805 D3 speakers from this shop at Chelsea, London.

I am very happy with the service provided by Paul, I chanced upon this shop via Google, and Paul sounded trustworthy over the phone when I called in to enquire. Eventually, he exceeded my expectation throughout the entire dealing, not only in terms of price but quality and most valuable service.

He gave me honest and professional advice on the various options I first had in mind, including those systems that are not carried in the shop. (This is a vast difference compared to few other shops I went to who were pushy and bias towards their own products). Paul is patient and helpful in the couple of auditions I had and he is passionate about quality sound and music too. He further assisted me promptly in numerous emails enquires. I also appreciate Paul in his own quiet way upgraded the Chord speakers cables befitting the system at no cost from me.

The shop provides full VAT refund service, Paul was super expeditious in completing the refund within 3 days. That is simply the best I come across.

I have this system for a week now and I am enjoying it to the fullest.

Overall, this is what I delighted most about the shop - a high end HiFi shop that gives me the home coming comfort and trust.

Had really great service from the team and Paul in particular. Initially I wanted to try out a new brand as part of a reasonably big hifi and AV change at home.

Paul helped me with a demo including bringing in my own speakers. The team were involved in the demo offering helpful insights but not pushing product and giving me some useful opinions.

I made a fairly complex order for speakers and amps, we got quickly to a reasonable position commercially and when the order was made, various technical and delivery queries were dealt with quickly. One long order item was made available through some magic from Paul.

I had an inevitable issue given the order complexity with some of the kit. This took some time to resolve during the covid lockdown but when he was able, Paul sorted this quickly and practically.

So far, very happy with the results. A more neutral controlled sound and simplified usability.

Overall I’d say: knowledgeable and friendly, quick to deal with the order and excellent after sales service for a tricky problem. Highly recommended and thanks for your help.

I purchased a Naim speaker from Dean, over the phone. And he was so helpful and knowledgeable that on receipt, I rang him and purchased a second one. He was very polite and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
Delivery was prompt. I would certainly recommend Sevenoaks.

PS. I use the Naim speaker as a soundbar for my TV however the smaller Naim Qb speaker does link to the main speaker as I thought it would. However, they do link and play together if I’m playing music.
I purchased the blue/green covers for the speakers so they look a bit different and trendy!
